St. Helena Community Church
St. Helena Community Church is now meeting on Sunday mornings at 9 am.

The services are held at the American Legion Hall at 1291 Madrona Avenue, St. Helena.

How We Started
The beginnings of St. Helena Community Church started in January of 2006. For a few years, an Angwin family traveled from Angwin to Napa for Sunday services, but discovered that among their family and friends, there was a desire for a similar church Upvalley.

The possibility of an Upvalley church was discussed in early 2006, and a group of people began to pray about the possibility.

Pastor Bill Walden began visiting a home fellowship in June, 2006, and after many months of prayer, the decision to "go public" was made.

The desire of this group is to reach the Upvalley area with the love of Jesus and consistent verse by verse Bible teaching.

St. Helena Community Church's Statement of Faith is the same as that of Cornerstone Napa, and can be found on this web site.

What's Happening Now?
Presently, children's ministry is available for children 5th grade and younger. Jr. High and High School students are invited to sit in the service with their parents.

Youth ministries and other ministries will come to be as the church grows.

We encourage parents to join their teenage children, and grow as a family in the faith.

Children's Ministry Workers
All of the children's ministry workers are well qualified and have undergone background checks with the Napa County Sheriff's Department. Those background checks include finger printing and checking for any criminal activity.

This new church is being assisted by and is an outreach of Cornerstone Ministries in Napa.
